Planning
Planning is very important part for any firm. We stress a lot in this phase so that we can have an error free output. Once we are assigned the job we get immediately into planning stage where we plan our each an every step so that we can maintain the standard of our project. These steps comprises of following steps:

Understanding the requirement of our client :

We put our clients at the top of our prior list. To deliver a quality output we sit with clients and try to know the requirements of them in detail. We empathise on each and every aspects of the requirements in detail. For this we also prefer to study the background of the company so that the clear picture of the job profile can be obtained.

Accordingly shortlisting of candidates :

After analysing the need and demand of our clients we shortlist the resume of applicable candidates from our maintained database who possess the calibre to match up with company’s level and expectations. The candidates are shortlisted here only on the basis of company’s demand and are not finalised.

Matching up of needs and demand of the company and students :

At this phase we try to level the needs and demands of both the party .i.e. clients as well as the students. For a successful deal both the side should be satisfied and must be happy. We take a lot of care for this issue so that any kind of future dispute is avoided.
Implementation
Recruitment is the process used by an organization to locate and attract job applicants in order to fill a position.
An effective approach to recruitment can help a company successfully compete for limited human resources. To maximize competitive advantage, a company must choose the recruiting method that produces the best pool of candidates quickly and cost effectively.
The implementation stage consists of several phases :

Indentify vacancy : first procedure is to identifying the vacancies of companies, so that we provide good opportunities to our candidates according to their potential.

Prepare job description and person specification : In this stage we describe the jobs, what skills and abilities required for job. We classify the position & then identify the potential candidates on the basis of prior work experience, qualifications, strength and weaknesses and the ability of candidate to fit into the work-culture and ethics of the client organization.

Preliminary interviews : In this stage we select the potential candidates on the basis of their skills, qualification, experience, knowledge, strength, weakness and ability of the candidates to fit into the work culture of the organization. According to their potential the interviews will be conducted to find out their interest and suitability.

Shortlist : In this stage we short-list the qualified candidates according to the company’s requirement.

Informal Reference check : In this stage we check out to verify the listed achievements and last few work experience of short-listed candidates.

Client interview : We schedule a meeting between the short-listed candidates and the client, so that we can get the proper feedback from both the client and the candidate.

Formal reference check : After this we conduct the formal reference check with the selected candidates. We take the proper feedback from the selected candidates about the company, the comment made by these references are then reviewed with the client.
Closure
The closure stage consists of the proper follow-up and feedback from both the clients and the candidates. We keep in touch with the candidates until he/she will join the company. On the same way we take proper feedback from the company about the candidate’s progress.
